As soon as I stepped through the door I felt pampered just being enveloped in the beautiful aroma of essential oils. I felt I'd left the noisy stressful world behind. I had one of the spa journeys, two hours of indian head massage, back massage and reflexology. I'm a carer and it's easy to ignore one's own well being.
