It's one of the best soft play we've been to, food is nice, but please change your coffee, its absolutely disgusting!

It's okay it's a soft play that has kids who are not supervised like they should be had some random child have three goes at taking my purse. The place is clean well as clean as place full of children can be does appear to be well maintained. It has a separate toddler area which would be great if parents stopped there older little darlings barging in, he just ran in and pushed my 9 month old out the way. The good is over priced the staff are friendly although look a little stressed.

I have been coming here for years - it's a good place for the kids to burn off some energy, but it's not my first choice. The soft play is a fair size, but looks a bit worn in places now. It's also fairly unsupervised - so can become quite "Lord of the flies" if the parents of other children aren't paying attention. The bowling consists of 4 lanes - this can get very busy, particularly when there are parties being hosted. The flooring looks quite scuffed now - but for what you pay it's pretty good. Finally then, there is the catering. The menu is fairly standard - all the normal fast food options you would expect, but I think it's a bit pricey for the quality you get. Can't argue with the free refill option on tea and coffee though, and their homemade cakes are very tasty.EDIT - having visited again recently I can see that there has been a vast improvement - clearly a lot of money has been spent and the equipment, seating areas and decor all now look really good.

This place could be a lot better, but it does the job, and the kids like it, I'd prefer a better and healthier menu, they do cater for vegans but don't mark it on the menu. It always feels a bit chaotic and not very clean. Also they need to look at waste went to a birthday party and using plastic throe away cups and also using plastic straws. The seating area for parents is quiet spacious.

Laser quest was loads of fun for our ten 14 year olds, charging around the soft play area with the lights off. Emily was friendly and relaxed and had a good rapport with the kids. She worked so hard and made it a very lovely evening.
