I called in to Emtec this morning on the off chance they could help get my X3's wheel nuts loosened. I was having new tyres fitted elsewhere and they had refused to force the nuts as they said they were on too tight. Not only did Emtec drop tools for me there and then, they loosened the wheel nuts with no problem and were polite and friendly too. It's local garages like this that deserve 5 stars with great customer service!

I took my BMW X3 here as i was having a stability system warning + Flat tyre warning, which kept coming up each time i drove the car more than a couple of miles, I took it to Emtec as i've used them before and have been very happy. They had the car in and found the whole control system needed reprogramming, to clear the fault log, as was corrupted, which they did as well as change front wheel sensor. Very good prices and friendly. Puts BMW to shame. Would 100% recommend to someone else
