Extremely poor service by so called beauty staff. Second visit here one being at Christmas when I wanted to purchase some perfume and not one person would take time from talking to each other to come and serve, and again today when once again we were ignored. Gossiping should be kept outside of work.
The staff were excellent the quality of the goods let's keep this store open please
Nice store, mostly in keeping with the age of Salisbury. Very nice restaurant that has well priced food. All the usual high Street and high end labels. Big beauty department too. Also it's haunted !!!! Only downside is there is no direct parking.
Departmental store in Salisbury. A little dated. Had tea there in an interesting restaurant. Worth popping in for a quick cuppa and check out the history of the building.
It's needed an overhaul for years. But the girl at Arch Angels did a great eyebrow wax. Jackie on Chanel is always very helpful and a pleasure to see in there. No one working in jewellery at all staff were sparse everywhere to be honest and it was a Saturday.
