Just before Christmas I needed an emergency filling and was in a total panic when Rob had no spaces left! One of my phobias about dentists is seeing different ones. I was offered treatment with Syeda and accepted it in the hopes that Rob might get a last minute cancellation. When I got to the appointment i nearly walked away but Syeda was so kind and reassuring that I went ahead with the treatment and all went very well and I can confidently say she is an asset to the team and I would happily see here again x
I visit the lovely Niamh for regular hygienist appointments, and have done for the last couple of years, having previously been terrified of all things "dentist", I now cope fine with the visits, thanks to the warm friendly welcome and Niamh's calm, kind and patient manner.And the last visit was even better, new machine!! Disclosing stuff used first, and then what felt like a mini pressure washer, very splashy but absolutely no discomfort!!! What can I say but wow!! I liked it!! Better than the ultrasonic. Didn't even need my breathing exercise to calm me.
Fantastic care for those who are nervous of dentists! The hygienist has the latest equipment for cleaning your teeth which is quiet, comfortable and quick, especially compared to the old ultrasonic systems. Can highly recommend Gentle Dental, the staff are all very friendly and explain what is going on throughout your treatment, which I find very helpful as someone who is terrified of dentists and all things to do with my teeth.
I used to dread going to the dentist, but since I have been going to Gentle Dental, I can honestly say that I now look forward to going - something I never thought I would say! You can't beat the feel of freshly cleaned teeth!
