Absolutely disgusting place with an even more disgusting human being running it. All the toilets out of service and he wouldnt even let our dog pee on the grass

Absolutely disgusting place. A man, claiming to be 'the boss' was aggressive to my five year old daughter and me and is obviously either a moron or simply not.fit for a client-facing role. Absolutely filthy too
Very rude manager/owner. Best to drive short distance to next services when heading SW. We parked on the grass as only wanted to go to the shop and toilet (which was out of order). Manager accused us of bad literacy or disrespect as we didnt see the poorly hand written sign that, hidden behind a rope, said no public access to the grass.
Used this services prior to ?changing hands for nearly 30 years. They were always happy for me to use the loo and for my dog to have a quick tinkle too. Always got something from shop and petrol too. It was our midway stop. Now living that bit closer only used as needed a quick wee for me and dog. We got out of car and within a minute a woman was yelling like a fish wife that me and the dog werent allowed on the grass and strictly no dogs on the forecourt. She kept shouting read the sign!!! This I had missed as it was practically illegible.. so walked to nearest field and dog sorted. I will not be using this services anymore. End of an era and polite common sense too it seems...
