The lovely team at the Pinn Studio went out of their way to adjust my engagement ring (bought in Italy but too big), at minimal notice and enabling me to have it back on the same day; they even opened early for me to drop it off. They were also extremely helpful and professional in advising about insurance and valuations. This was during what I imagine to be a busy period post the New Years' holiday...really fabulous service, thank you.

Matt is a very talented and imaginative jeweller and without doubt his craftsmanship is of the highest quality.
