Good place and wonderful people
I took my duvet into Nu Clean and was advised that the stains from pet urine would most likely remain despite a hygienic clean. Well, all credit to staff at Nu Clean. Not only was the duvet hygeinically clean there was not a single stain in sight. I will definitely be using Nu Clean again.
If I could leave no star rating would have been choice.Having left my pleated skirt to be cleaned as I had not worn for a while just thought refresh.On collection skirt pleats not as sharp crumpled expensive skirt looked like a rag.I was offered re-clean I would not let this company make it even worse.On telephone conversation to owner his comment was skirt was badly stained completely not true have photos to prove why say that ,he was offensive . I have never left a negative review before , I am outraged at his response.
