It's a carpark and if your lucky to get a space it's a convenient location.

Not bad. Left our car there for 6 hours on a bank holiday for completely free. Too bad there were no shades as it was one of the most sunny days I've ever seen in England. The short stay one is under roof but it's only for 3 hrs stay... and there were some homeless people "living there".
