I was unable to fulfill my daughters prescription after seeing an out of hours doctor at Southampton general hospital on Saturday 30th December. I visited several pharmacies and was unable to fulfill my daughters prescription.....until phoning pharmacy direct, totton. The gentleman was very helpful and was able to substitute one of the items for something very similar and the prescription item was ordered immediately, and I will be able to collect on Tuesday. You have no idea how much I appreciate your help, thank you
