Thank you Katherine Cook for turning around my recovery post surgery for a lower limb injury. Wonderful to find a physio who connects on a personal level and understands not just the injury but how your own lifestyle interacts with the recovery process. She takes her time and does not rush the consultation. Katherine is well versed on the biomechanics of lower limbs and how to maximise function. Thank you so much!
