Very friendly and very welcoming. I was over worried about one of my animals, they reassured me and put my mind at ease. You could tell they were really animal lovers with the interaction they had with my animal. This was wonderful to see as I feel it put my animal at ease, as they can be tricky when moved somewhere new. Would recommend to anyone to take your animals here.
