Scones looked delicious but on eating them they weren't that fresh so a disappointment but lovely big pot of tea and lovely setting. Pesky wasps were annoying!
Lovely cream tea. A bit pricey though
I went to this tearooms with high expectations, well we were disappointed. My partner asked for a sandwich and asked for an item to be left out, he was told that the sandwiches were all made up in advance. So he made another selection. My sandwich I had requested duly arrived, the bread was definitely not fresh, the edges of the bread was hard. I ate the filling and left the bread. I will not be returning.
Absolutely loved it there. Great service, atmosphere and of course the afternoon tea is delicious.
