Standard Argos. Not the biggest in the world but absolutely fine for my purposes. There is free parking outside. I'm not sure if it's time-limited. You can also get Ebay deliveries posted to here for easy pick-up which is really useful.
If I could give this Argos a zero for customer service I would - went in today to purchase something which took ages to collect. 2 people sat on the til not serving anyone as there was no queue but there was a substantial amount of people stood waiting to collect their items with no one manning that area. Instead the other staff members could be seen stood around the storage area not doing anything and having a chat! Incredibly slow and poor customer service!
I would like to thank the chap who helped us today finding the right xbox1 headset. I am sorry I did not get his name, but he was very helpful and went to great lengths to ensure we walked away with the right item. It is very refreshing to have that extent of customer service over an item that has little monetary value. Although I didn't get his name, I am sure he remembers us!! I am sure that he will be happy to know that my 9 year old is a very happy bunny today :) Thanks once again.. and I will be back in to get that insurance. ( I will bypass PC World next time).
