Staff polite but ultimately uninformed about Apple products and therefore in my experience about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. In my case the store were happy to take 50 as an inspection fee to replace failing battery which turns out to cost 439. If I had been warned this might be the outcome I would not have wasted my 50!! Either (a) the staff are completely clueless that the replacement was going to cost well over 400 or (b) store policy prohibits them from offering that information. Either way very poor customer service. Do not use this shop.
Have always had courteous and helpful service from the very k owledgeable staff at Stormfront and I would suggest that adverse comments are primarily troublemaking trolls.
We waited for 10 minutes while two staff ignored us. They were busy but passed us several times without even an acknowledgement! No smile, no eye contact and certainly no greeting...Extremely rude and very unprofessional. During our time there they served a customer who had been wrongly charged twice for something and they were totally unsympathetic, unhelpful and rude! Id rather drive to Southampton and when I do Ill tell Apple they need to reconsider being represented by Stormfrint in Salisbury if their staff are such a terrible endorsement!

I wish to speak from the heart dealing with the staff in Salisbury. I find them extremely helpful, honest and genuine and there is no hard sell with them. They always put the customers needs first and in particular I have become familiar with Beth and we have a good working relationship. I have serious mental health issues and also Aspergers Syndrome and Beth is very understanding and patient in regards to everything being exact. I will always stick with Apple and this company due to customer care and the iPhone is brilliant and user friendly. And if an Apple or Stormfront would like me to do an advert for them, I'd happily do it for free and they would get the Aspergers platinum award which is highly sort after!!!!
