I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for all the kindness, support and compassion you each provided to myself, my mum, niece and the rest of the family during our difficult month after the sudden loss of my sister Faye at such a young age. Faye would have enjoyed her send-off and appreciated the diligence and professionalism of your organisation and the smoothness of the proceedings at such a painful and difficult time. Your personal approach; and attention to the small, important details really did make a difference. The canvas in Church was a well thought through and executed idea, and something we would not have considered without your advice.
