A professional team of James and Ben, caring and courteous and meticulous in detail - especially our Hindu ceremony in Salisbury and Amesbury for our Father- both were very dignified throughout and we were comforted greet took great care of our father and provide assurance for my mother. What an amazing, caring service we received from Jakes Benedict Funeral Services. They were extremely professional, so thoughtful and took care of everything. We felt so at ease knowing our dad was in safe hands, and the ceremony was so beautiful. We couldn't have wished for anything else, it was perfect in every way. It does indeed seem odd to review a buisness of this nature, but it is a time when you really need compassion, and James and Ben were this and more to my family and I. Unfortunately, we have had to use the servcies of James and Ben twice this year. The fact we decided to use them for the most recent loss speaks for itself. Nothing is too much trouble, they are at the end of the phone night and day, and show nothing but kindness and respect for the family, and indeed loved ones we lost.

As others have said, a little strange to review a funeral service however, if it helps someone in need.We met James and Ben a fee days before our son passed away. They are truly fantastic people who bring a sense of relief in your darkest moments. When they came to take our son to pastured new, they introduced themselves to him which was a lovely touch.They stayed in contact with us every day to check we were ok. They truly do need a medal for their hard work and dedication to the families they help each and every day. Thank you for going above and beyond. The chapel of rest is beautiful, very calming. We would highly recommend them. Thank you for all you have done for us and still doing for us now xx
