House sale. Michelle was very professional. With good support from Kelly. There were delays from last minute enquiries and rather over zealous requests from the buyers solicitors but Michelle was helpful through the frustration. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Had a very bad experience with this 'so called solicitors' firm. They took so long to exchange contracts with the property which i was intending to purchase that i ended up getting gazumped (6 months!!). Then they said I still need to pay their legal fees which cost me 1,200. Also, when I kept asking for a progress update, they said they will bill me for all the minutes they are spending talking to me on the phone and replying to my email. They do not care about their customers, just their pockets! TOTAL BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!
