Poor Experience With Pick Up & Return Used their pick and return service last week for some maintenance work. Made it clear the car had to be back at 5pm due to child care. This was all over the booking. Car eventually turned up at 5.40. No call from the garage. Spoke to Ffion who wasn't bothered. Work seemed fine, but don't trust them on time keeping.
