Felt very disappointed with the service we received today. We enquired about looking at a certain car range and mentioned that we had seen one in their Bournemouth site, but they had a very nice one in the salisbury forecourt as well. We asked to test drive it as we hadn't driven this type of car before. We were told by the sales man that he would not let us test drive a car that we wouldn't buy (in case we went for the Bournemouth one!) However without test driving one we are not going to buy one. He failed to see how interested I was in the car in front of us.
