Never again. Having 2 cars with them under a monthly payment for 3 years, paying them tons of money for Mots and different services, well, the last service I had was shocking. After passing an MOT on Wednesday and paying more than 200, yesterday while with my family on the Motorway one of the lights on the board came on for a fault on a coolant censor. Went there this morning and instead of immediate help I was offered nothing but a shrugged shoulder and an empty look. Rang later to speak to one of the managers, but again not any help was offered, all ive heard was a justification how it's not their fault but mine.

We purchased a new car in September 2018 from Penton Salisbury and generally was pleased with the deal. However the car had a couple of issues that was informed to the salesperson within a few days after purchase. For 4 months now we have been trying get these issues resolved, it has been very difficult. Many phone calls and emails not responded to. I would therefore not recommend Penton Citroen Salisbury.
Today I dealt with a very nice chap (Chris Evans) in the Salisbury branch, he was extremely helpful and tried to fit as best around my needs. Not your regular pushy salesperson, actually very pleasant to deal with and I've come away feeling happy with my purchase/ exchange. Thank you very much for your time!
I recently purchased a secondhand Ford Fiesta from Penton Salisbury. From start to finish, Sam and Dean in Sales were extremely helpful. Sam arranged a test drive immediately, and was thorough with follow up sales and service. There was a small fault with one side mirror, but this was rectified by the Service department a later date.
