Been using Gymies, admittedly very occasionally, over the last 2 years. Rejoined the fitness regime today and had an hour with Dave. Great workout with one eye on a medical condition I have, but which I am sure the workouts will improve. Have nothing but good things to say about this gym, friendly, knowledgeable, well equipped will suffice for now. Highly recommended and tremendous value pay as you go facility. Ask Dave to explain the Sabre Toothed Tiger analogy! Why bother joining one of those 12 month contract places only to have them threaten court action when you leave after a few months and stop paying?

Fantastic little gym. Brilliant, helpful and friendly staff, who will always share a laugh with you. A small gym but with everything I need for my training programme and for a brilliant price, for any age groups. Dave and his team ensure that everyone is welcome and can get the full benefit form their membership. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
