The gym is bit run down , dirty and messy. Equipment's not repaired - TV broken for 4 weeks. Gyms equipment left all over the floor - staff do not care more interested in playing with phone. Health & Safety does not apply to this gym..Staff have generally poor attitude to customers -attitude problems,, The management needs to remind staff to keep their attitude & any prejudice at home .Before the owner - write to say I am not member ,I I am using pseudonym name..Been observing your gym for 6 months.It is getting worse .

Easy to get to, clean, good equipment, not restricted to time, helpful and ALL the staff are really supportive, easy to talk to and know how to get great results (Freya is awesome) . . To be honest was worried about being in a bigger gym than my old one but soon felt like a part of the family the other gym goers are friendly too . .also to add . .there are also perks too . They do competitions and set challenges with some pretty decent prizes . .they care about their clients and it shows!
