Ive been using Parkword for 9 months now and they are by far the best gym in Salisbury. From the moment you walk in the gym, the team welcome you in with smiles and are always willing to help with any questions you have. Well done team Parkwood, keep up the fantastic work.

This Gym is a great facility with some very modern training equipment, classes and Physio etc.. super friendly people well run and clean.management are great , trainers are friendly and the people who go there are friendly with no gym attitude very impressed
I have been to many gyms around the world for about 30 years and Garry and his team are the friendliest fitness professionals i have met.No ego and no attitude in this gym all types of people go there and the facilities are second to none.The Les Mills studios are awesome and the pool is super clean and well maintained.Worth every penny compared to some i have been to
