They only have one GP I was told by the practice , I was left confused by the phonecall I received on 11th regarding registration , I have exhausted looking for any practices , I should of stayed with a practice in London , was a lovely caring practice so unlike others in Wiltshire and Dorset , they appear to not understand simple diagnoses and treatment , I give up ..joined in April ... gradually I started to trust them after a negative start , as from today 15 Nov 2018 I will only receive repeat prescriptions , I will not go for any other reason ...very sad ...by the way DR jilhudi , the practice is my provider , if a hospital has been an issue , you as my provider have a duty of care , right now , that is lacking , I also found that your lack of interest in my health startling and eye opening , please think about this ...I also asked for a specific blood test which I had before and was defient ( at another practice ) you said NO , because don't do that very often , at that point I thought it best to say goodbye .

Always late, always mess up my weekly prescription, really don't like Dr jays, she never listens properly and how dare she laugh at me so patronisingly, I'm not a doctor and have no medical training so how am I supposed to know, always talk over me and generally can't stand the woman, bring back Dr Rosa. It was so much better when it was castle street, has gone down hill dramatically and very unhappy here now

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of care my 76 year old mother has recieved from this surgery. Can never get appointments, or see the same doctor. Reception staff unhelpful, poor shambles of a GP surgery.

I find the ratings just dont reflect my experience. Ive been with these guys for over 2 years and honestly had a near perfect outcome every visit, including with my little boy. Dr Rosa went above and beyond every time, he is sadly not there anymore but everyone Ive seen since have done everything they can and been great. The pharmacy gets easily overrun and sometimes struggles but they will be honest about this but its not the worst and its been overall great. Every time Ive needed an appointment Ive got one that day and sometimes if its during the day I need one when none are left they always give a phone appointment. Honestly, theyve been great.

Good appointment system - have to phone on the morning and you can normally be in front of a doctor that day. Even if you cannot, you will normally get the chance to speak to a GP over the phone.
