Excellant experience right from initial warm welcome to professional handling of issue to great advice at the end. Waiting area and facilities avaliable (tea and coffee availability, clean toilets etc) all excellant.
Great team here who carried out the year 2 service of my type r on time and with a courtesy car provided.
Avoid,avoid, avoid!!!!!!!Just about the worst car buying experience I have ever had!!!!!.I cannot complain enough about the :awful service that I received.The Honda Jazz.broke down and they would not even come out to mend it!!!!I also have a disability and they just left me stranded.I also lost a tremendous amount of money (thousands) a really terrible company be aware that they are a sister company of Balmer Lawn who are even worse.Try Horizon Honda in Christchurch there service is much better.
You should be ashamed about how you treat your customers, absolutely appalling customer service. I suppose we should be grateful that we got our money back eventually. Shame on you August Motors, we will never do business with you again, and we will make sure that all of our family, friends and acquaintances know about the truly appalling experience we received from your garage.
