Having read numerous negative reviews on this site, I thought it only fair to comment on my experience.I would like to thank Foraymotorgroup (Specifically Andy Kemspon - used car sales and Gavin Robinson Edwards Ford Salisbury) for what has been an outstanding service. Not only did Andy secure a sale to my wife in Dec 18, but he also managed to convince me to change from BMW to a Ford Kuga ST Line X, meeting my new needs perfectly. Communication and service has been outstanding throughout, so much so, I have already placed a calendar hold with Andy for Jan 2020, to change the Kuga across to the new Ford Edge ST240 on the Ford Direct scheme. My wife and I, are completely satisfied with the level of service so far, and Im a hard man to please!Many Thanks to the team, Adam and Nikki
I bought a Focus a couple of months' ago and it wasn't as clean as it should have been when I collected it! When I mentioned this, the salesman said I had an open offer to come back for a valet, which I did today. He was true to his word and the car was cleaned inside and out! Thank you and well done!
Excellent. We were looked after by Stephen, and he did a sterling job. Nice company to deal with. The receptionist was always polite and professional too. Really pleased, and we travelled 200 miles to deal with them, would definitely recommend them. Thank you all concerned. Oh and we got a great deal too.
