I am 50 years young and have suffered quite extensively from depression and coming to terms with the loss of my parents within a years period.Decided to give this Yoga melarchy a crack as I have travelled the Far East and Indonesia and seen the effects yoga have on folk.May have jumped in at the deep end as I do keep fit but after an hour I was absolutely shattered BUT awoke this morning feeling as though a small weight had been lifted and managed to feel slightly more positive about life.It is a hard work out and I wont lie about that but I will be going back for more.Non judgemental and also not forced into positions, calm and peaceful but hardwork And HOT!!!Thank You Grace and thank you Lauren!! 5* NOT 4*
Grace Lounge is a very pleasant place to practice hot yoga. The tutors are all very helpful and informative, I'm learning and improving a lot since I started visiting. It's a fun and friendly place to practice and whether you're a newcomer to Yoga or more experienced there will be a class for you. I thoroughly recommend them

Grace Lounge Hot Yoga Studio is the best purpose built yoga facility I have ever been to. The atmosphere is very welcoming and even as a beginner I didn't feel intimidated. Both Grace and Lauren have such high energy you leave the studio buzzing! Can't recommend it enough!
Grace who runs and owns Grace Lounge Hot Yoga is an inspiration! Grace's passion for helping people people runs through her and her business. Her Yoga classes have helped those who need that "escape" from everyday stresses (don't we all?), has helped improve general health and mobility and even reduced the need for medication for some clients. If you're looking to give Yoga a try (and you should !) I recommend you give Gracelounge a go, you won't be disappointed!
